Aura In Me E-commerce Website

The e-commerce website is operated by Aura In Me, a division of Aura In Me PLT (HQ), located at Suite 20-01 & 20-02B, Level 20, The Pinnacle, Persiaran Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Ordering
Eligibility to Purchase:
To make purchases from the e-commerce website, you must:
(a) Be 18 years of age or older and not otherwise legally incapacitated; and
(b) Be a customer registered with the Company.

Placing Orders:
Please ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete. The Company relies on the information you provide to fulfill your order. You may be liable for additional costs incurred by the Company if any details are inaccurate (e.g., due to incorrect delivery addresses or incorrect items ordered).

Orders for Products:
The presentation of products on the e-commerce website invites you to submit an offer to purchase our products. By clicking the “Checkout” button during the ordering process, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

Accepting an Order:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, which constitutes the Company’s acceptance of your order and establishes a binding contract of sale between you and the Company. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact cs@aurainme.com to check the status. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject an order, with notifications sent via email.

All products shown on this website are subject to availability. If a product indicated as available during the ordering process is no longer available, you will be notified by email for a refund.

Pricing:
Prices stated include applicable taxes and are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). You may also opt to pay in USD ($), but the final payment will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) during checkout.
Aura In Me reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Product Images:
Product images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Aura In Me is not liable for any discrepancies in color representation. Due to differences in monitors, product colors may appear different from those shown on the site. Products may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Delivery and Delivery Charges:
Products will be delivered to the address provided by customers. We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery will be made within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia.
Delivery periods are indicative and not strict deadlines. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused by delivery delays. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Aura In Me will not be responsible for missing or delayed items due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses.

Payment/Credit Terms:
(i) Aura In Me accepts payment via Visa, American Express, Mastercard, FPX online banking, debit cards, and e-wallets.
(ii) Aura In Me reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time, with available methods indicated on the e-commerce website at the time of order placement.
(iii) For security reasons, the billing name must match the details of the credit card used for payment. If paying by a credit card with a foreign currency-denominated account, you may select your preferred currency, with the currency exchange rate fixed by aurainme.com.
All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Modification of Terms of Purchase:
These Terms of Purchase may be modified at any time by posting the modified document on the website. Any modifications apply to all product purchases made through the website, including submitted orders. It is your responsibility to regularly check and understand the current Terms of Purchase before placing an order.

These terms of purchase constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura In Me for product purchases through the e-commerce website. All implied conditions and warranties are excluded.

Despite any other provision in these terms and conditions, nothing is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified (“Mandatory Protections”). To the extent permitted by law, Aura In Me limits its liability in relation to such Mandatory Protections to supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of that resupply, as restricted by the terms outlined in this policy.

Governing Law:
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms of Purchase fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
