Place the flexible measuring tape around your wrist, positioning it just above your wrist bone. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight, and that it lies flat against your skin without any gaps. Note the measurement where the tape meets the zero point.
Record and Double-Check
Write down the measurement to the nearest millimeter. Measure your wrist twice for accuracy, and if the measurements differ, take an average of the two. Do not add additional length to your measurement.
